2. Print-on-Demand & Product Representations
All items sold in our store are made-to-order and fulfilled in partnership with our print supplier, Printful.
- Mockups vs. Final Product: Product photos and mockups shown on our site are for illustrative purposes. While we strive to present colors and print placements accurately, actual product colors and graphic positioning may vary slightly due to monitor display settings, garment materials, and the printing process.
- Sizing: Please consult our sizing charts before placing an order. Because items are printed specifically for you, we cannot offer free exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection.
3. Orders, Pricing, & Payment
- Pricing Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.
- Pricing Errors: In the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.
- Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or containing incorrect customer contact info.
4. Intellectual Property & Original Designs
All content on this store—including artwork, product designs, logos, graphics, text, and photography—is the exclusive intellectual property of our brand and is protected by copyright law.
- No Commercial Use or Reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any of our designs or website content without our express written permission.
- Merchandise purchased from our store is for personal use only and may not be resold for commercial profit without authorization.
5. Customer Conduct & Right of Service
We aim to treat every customer with fairness and respect, and we expect the same in return. We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate interactions with any individual who displays abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward us
6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or fulfillment failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as postal delays, national courier disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, or supply chain shortages).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.
